The food is great, the service is awesome, the restaurant itself is very nice and it's way roomier inside than you think it might be! I'm so glad to have some cultural food variety in Fairview!
I love sushi! Isshin is a family owned business in Fairview that just astounds the palate! I've been to some chain sushi and steakhouses, and they are ok, but isshin is at the top of my list for Japanese food. I've been going there for years having both lunch and dinner. Only once have been disappointed in the wait staff, but that was corrected quickly and haven't had a poor experience since. Honestly the best sushi and sashimi in the country as far as I'm concerned. It's the closest thing to authentic food I've come across since I was in Japan.
Sushi is great and the staff is friendly. It's a bit pricey, esp for Fairview, but I guess we will take what we can get! We keep it pretty simple and mostly get crunchy shrimp and California rolls, but everything we have tried so far has been great.
Ordered thru Door Dash. Arrived in good condition. Bento box was larger than expected. All items were good. Filled up this big eater. Companion ordered Chicken Bowl, didn't care for it. Not enough meat. Mine had grill chicken, big enough to share.
